HOW MANY AGENTS DO YOU HAVE?

We keep our agent count tight. On purpose. Our brokerage is a team of 40 and we are always looking for talented people who fit our vibe to join our team.

DO I HAVE TO BE LOCATED IN PLANO?

Not at all. Our HQ is in west Plano and we hold on-site training throughout the week. If you can attend in-person it's always a bonus, but not required. We have agents all over the Metroplex.

DO YOU TAKE PART-TIME AGENTS?

We hire part-time agents with the goal of going full-time in real estate. Why? Because this demanding business demands that you put your time into your clients in order to see true success. Start part-time and grow with us as a full-time agent.

WHAT ARE YOUR SPLITS?

We have flexible splits for new and experienced agents, solo agents, and teams. When we meet in person we can discuss what options work best for your business.
